Message from Leadership
This past year has been transformative for Leven. Building upon two years of foundational work, we launched publicly with a dedicated team based in Athens, Greece, supported by remote co-workers from Barcelona to Bangalore. Our work leverages human-centered design to address pressing social challenges in Greece and the broader Near East. Through partnerships, we’ve supported NGOs, fostered community resilience, and empowered underserved populations.
Looking ahead, our vision for 2025 is one of expanded impact. We aim to deepen our community roots, bridge Eastern and Western perspectives, and drive sustainable change. We invite you to journey alongside us as we continue to innovate and uplift the lives of those facing adversity.

Year in Review: Stories of Impact
This year, Leven has worked on several pivotal projects that highlight our commitment to community development:
Roma Community Support: We assisted an educational center focused on the Roma people, conducting cultural research and facilitating partnerships for future expansion.
Women’s Shelter Empowerment: Through operational and communication research, we strengthened an NGO that supports women facing unexpected pregnancies, contributing to strategic plans for growth.
Refugee Empowerment Through Fashion: We collaborated with a socially conscious brand to empower refugees through fashion, initiating a proposal for cooperation with Help Alliance to aid in a sustainable partnership with Swiss Airlines.
Impact Week Greece: We launched Greece’s first Impact Week, the 16th globally, focusing on refugee integration. International coaches and local organizations engaged in dialogue, design thinking, and practical solutions for social integration.
Mediterranean Refugee Camp Support: We supported a Mediterranean NGO working in refugee camps, providing donor management and communications support while offering strategic direction to effectively reach their target audience and achieve their goals.
